The Convergent Accelerator Program is an intensive five-week online course focused on futures trading. It combines structured lessons, live trading, and group mentorship to help traders develop a process-oriented approach. The program is designed to help traders build a solid foundation in understanding market mechanics, trading setups, and emphasizes developing an edge and managing risk.

The program is ideal for both novice and experienced traders who have been stuck in the “trading merry-go-round” and are seeking consistency through a structured approach, focusing on developing a clear strategy and risk management system.

The Accelerator Program isn’t a passive course and doesn’t just focus on technical setups. It dives deep into process, error detection, and market context. Unlike other programs that provide isolated strategies, the Convergent Accelerator Program focuses on integrating everything into a coherent and repeatable process. We’ve also designed the course to be interactive, structured, and include live trading sessions, allowing traders to actively apply the concepts and receive feedback.

The entire program runs for five weeks, with four weeks of self-study and live AMAs, followed by a one-week Live Intensive Week. Six months of access to the Convergent Trading community is also included for continued learning, development and access to amazing trading resources.

On average, you should plan to dedicate four to five hours per week for self-study. However, the final week is more intensive with four to five hours of activity per day, involving daily live trading sessions and workshops, so it’s recommended to block off additional time for that. The Live Intensive Week will consist of two sessions each day, a Trade Execution Labs (2.5 hours each) and Skills Workshops (2 hours each).

Absolutely! The four-week self-study portion can be completed at your own pace during evenings or weekends, and live weekly AMAs are recorded for flexibility. We do recommend traders adjust their schedule to attend the daily sessions in the Live Intensive Week. For the Fall cohort this will be October 14 – 18, 2024, with sessions at 9:00am-11:30am CT and 12:30pm-2:30pm CT each day.

While the program focuses on futures trading, many of the strategies and risk management principles apply across different markets, making it versatile for traders in other asset classes.

The final week of the program consists of the Live Intensive Week, with daily live events, including Trade Execution Labs and Skills Workshops. These are designed to help traders put the self-study material into practice, with Trade Execution Labs each morning from 9:00am – 11:30am CT, and Skills Workshops each afternoon, from 12:30 – 2:30pm CT.

No, live trading is optional, and not required during the program. We suggest you focus on learning the material and building confidence before executing live trades. Simulation trading is encouraged during the program to help you practice what you’ve learned without financial risk. You can choose to trade once you’re confident in the plan you develop during, or after, the program.

If you choose to trade live, there’s no specific account size requirement. The program focuses on developing a structured approach to trading. If you’re new, you may want to start with smaller contracts, like micros, to gain experience.

You can put your newly honed trading skills and process into action and take control of you trading journey! Participants also gain six months of continued access to Convergent Trading resources, including group mentoring sessions, to help solidify their learning and support ongoing development.

Once you enroll, you get six months of access to the Convergent Trading Community. As an Accelerator Program graduate, this includes extended access to the course, allowing you to revisit lessons as needed during that time. Traders might choose to take the course again at a different stage of their trading journey, as they may take away different points and benefits as a newcomer, vs. experienced trader looking to refine their approach.
